Smartwave Return & Refund Policy

At Smartwave, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the day your package is marked as delivered.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging (including all tags, accessories, manuals, etc.).
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition may not be approved for return or refund.

📸 Proof Required

 

We take our quality control seriously. So to process your return or refund, you must:

  • Send clear pictures or videos of the item showing the issue or defect.
  • Provide pictures of the outer packaging, including the shipping label, and the product condition.
  • Requests without visual proof will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Earrings, intimate items, or other products that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories.
  • Customized or personalized items.

💸 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Do not return any item without first contacting our support team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange or Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, you can choose between a full refund (excluding original shipping) or a store credit.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.
  • If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original packaging, the return will be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return if the policy is not followed properly.
